Happiness and fulfilment look different to each person. I share practical resources, ideas, upcoming events and insights to spark curiosity and connection; from careers and entrepreneurship, to psychology and work life balance.

Hi, I’m Ellie
If there’s anything you should know about me it’s that I love getting to know people, understanding what drives them and why. That's why I spend my time delivering talks and creating experiences to bring people together in order to develop a network that inspires, encourages and supports one another.
What you might not know is that as well as over a decade of experience in events, hospitality and client relations, I’m also a qualified coach, member of the National Council of Integrative Psychotherapists and TEDx Speaker.
I spend most of my time building relationships and bringing people together, whether for work or for pleasure. Connecting people (and ideas) is what I love best - whether that’s in the form of panel talks, interviews, events, retreats, workshops or experiences.
